MARY LaBELLA SKINNER , age 82 of Munster; formerly of Schererville, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2014. Survived by three children: William Ronald (Mary Ann) Skinner of Lowell, Roxanne (Edward) Puzzella of St. Peters, MO, Carolyn (Wayne) Michor of Frankfort, IL; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law Karen Skinner of Lowell. Preceded in death by husband Bill; son Richard; three brothers: Ralph, Salvatore, & Joseph LaBella; and sister Louise Czarniecki. Mary was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. She was a retired postal clerk from the Schererville Post Office and was a member of the Womens Italian Club. Family and friends may call at Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service (6360 Broadway, Merrillville) on Monday from 2:00-8:00 P.M. with a prayer service at 6:00 P.M. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 9:45 A.M. from Pruzin Brothers Chapel and 10:30 A.M. from St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church (1 W. Wilhelm St., Schererville) with Rev. Ted Mauch officiating. At rest Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. Memorials are preferred to St. Judes Children Hospital.
