Dearest Martha, I am so upset because I never found out where your funeral was going to be until I read it in the paper. I loved you so much and mom loved you like a sister. I wish we just had one more day together before you left. You where one of the sweetest ladies I have ever known. It was a honor to be your friend.

I remember sneaking across town to the west side to steal rhubarb from her garden, and her caring for me as she cared for so many.

So very sorry for the loss of your loved one, Martha Clemons. I knew her as she was a realative of mine. Her mother and my grandfather Losson campbell were brother and sister.I had stopped in to visit with her not long ago when she recently move back to her house in Knox,I had told her I would be back and take her out to lunch. I had also went and saw her when she was in Medaryville, 2 cousins and I spent the afternoon with her, listening to her tell stories of when she was living back in KY. We so enjoyed that visit with her, I thought we would have many more as she seemed so well, but all is in GOD'S hands and it was not to be, A wonderful lady has been called home.Rest in peace Martha, Dovie
