Marsha L. Brooks, age 72, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Franciscan Health, Michigan City. Marsha was born in Fort Pierce, FL, on March 21, 1949 to Earl and Sarah Davis who preceded her in death.

Marsha is survived by her husband, William Brooks; siblings, Earl Davis Jr. and Judy (Roger) Carpenter; children, Danielle Leek, Jeff, Timothy, and Jonathon Brooks; “grandchildren”, Scott (Diane) Davis, Shawn (Mary) Davis, Karen (Jason) Cain, Jessica Enos, Earl (Ashley) Davis, Gail (Kevin) Standefer, Gretchen Miles, and Robyn (Rich) Challinor; 21 great grandchildren and also great-great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Victor Reiniche and brother, Joseph Barry Davis.

Marsha was an incredibly talented musician, especially with the piano. She was a Sunday school teacher and enjoyed playing BINGO. Marsha was a loving caregiver and a beacon of her family. Her family was the most important thing to her, and she will be missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Marsha’s family.

Friends and family are invited to a visitation at Geisen-Carlisle Funeral Home, 613 Washington St., Michigan City, IN on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 from 11:00 am until time of service at 1:00 pm with Pastor Michael Harrell officiating. Burial to follow at Pine Grove Cemetery in New Buffalo, MI.
