I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. Although I didn't know her well, Lisa was a very good and loving person to my youngest son while he and Randy were friends and spent time around the family. I used to spend the nights at her mom and dad's house on haack rd. I babysat for Wade's children on freyer rd, when i was about 11-12 yrs old. My parents Reggie & Vivian Teasley, were good friends with Glen & Rosie. Her favorite word when we were teenagers was 'GROOVY". She was such a good soul and I loved her laugh, it was so infectious and made a person smile. I remember seeing her over the years. We both have children around the same ages, and probably know each other from school. I came to see her on Ashland Ave, many years ago. Work and kids certainly consumed our time, and did not get to spend as much time together. We recently reconnected about a year ago on FB. I was getting ready to move back to MC and thought I would try to reconnect with her. My thoughts and prayers are all of you. She will be missed by many.

Lisa taught me how to paint. It was the summer of 96. We scrapped and sanded the exterior of her house followed by the paint. She seemed to just know how to do anything like that. If it was broke she found a way to fix it. Her and Bill both in my memory just seemed to make DIY things simple. Now as an adult, I wonder if me finding my profession as a home renovation didn't come from first seeing it was possible from them. I love this family and they have been a blessing to me in my darkest times. Lisa was what I hope to be as a mother.
