Lincoln and I were best friends in 8th grade. I remember we had a sleep over at his dads house so we could watch the first video to air on MTV together. The last time I spoke to him, he was still at Purdue. He had a great smile and an infectious laugh! You are missed my friend. Kirk

John Bottorff left a message on September 10, 2009:
My deepest sympathies to the entire family. I was a roommate of Lincoln's in college and his smile and laughter filled our house with joy. Lincoln always found a way for others around him to feel joy in his presence. Having lost a 4 1/2 year old daughter Demiah myself last year to tragedy, I know how the immense loss can be overwhelming. Lincoln was a compassionate soul who found the best in everyone. I am saddened to hear of your loss. May peace be with all of your family as you continue on your journeys. I know I am a better man for having crossed paths with Lincoln. Sincerely, John Bottorff

Lincoln's passing has affected me deeply. I lost touch with him after high school and never knew that we lived about 30 minutes from each other in CA. He was my huge high school crush and will always be remembered as my young Sylvester Stallone. I pray for peace and God's covering grace for his family.
Chet Chrapliwy left a message on July 7, 2008:
The Dabagia Family, It is with great sorrow that I have discovered the passing of Lincoln. Unfortunately as a Soldier in the US Army I have had to deal with the passing of great men who have died to young. However, none of them have had more of a stunning effect on me than that of Lincoln. He and I were great childhood friends and we learned a lot of life's lessons together. As I viewed his tribute I remember being there for a lot of the earlier photos. Lincoln was not only a great person but he was a true friend. He will forever remain in my heart and soul. Heavenly Father, we pray for those we love, and see no more. That our memories of them might never grow dim, but our pain at their passing be gentled by Your promise to us. We who are washed together in baptism, and raised with Christ know no lasting darkness. As we walk through this dark valley lift our eyes to the hills, and your Light that spills over them like the dawn. Let it fill our hearts, ease our sorrow, and dry our tears. That we might rest in your arms as we grieve and walk with you again in the sunshine as the storm passes.

To all his friends and family, I share in your sorrow. Love, Jen Ticsay

Scott Plummer left a message on June 23, 2008:
Mr. Dabagia, Lee Jr, and family: Please accept my belated condolences. I was shocked and deeply saddened when I heard the news of Lincoln's passing. I will always remember Lincoln, he was one of my best friends as a young boy. Great guy with an odd, but very funny, sense of humor. A ladies man, always a ladies man. We learned a lot about growing up together. I remember when we used to jump off the roof into the pool and stay up all night watching tv on the couch, skiing at Ski Valley in LaPorte, parties well beyond our age limit, and taking the MC bus to the mall when we were WAY to young to wonder around. He was a risk taker, looking for the adrenaline rush we both craved, yet we always seemed to land on our feet, despite the crazy chances we took. I was always envious of his musical talent, he could really jam. Whenever I see the band KISS or Gene Simmons, I can't help but think of Lincoln. I am grateful for knowing him and disappointed that we will not be able to catch up someday when we both may happen to be back at home in MC. Please take care and know he is in heaven at peace. Love, Scott Plummer

Lee, I'm SO sorry for your loss and time of sorrow. I really wanted to break away from the D.Q. to stop in at the funeral home on Wednesday, but, unfortunately the business tends to interrupt my personal life and keeps me 'chained' to my work. I feel just so badly that I couldn't break away to personally share my condolences and just give you a hug of support during this extremely trying time. You, and your entire family are in my thoughts and prayers now, and in the future, as I know, time does heal, but it does take time. I have the highest respect for you, and have had that since I met you. You were so wonderful to my parents and me, and I just want you to know I feel your pain. God Bless You and Your family. Tom.
