Kenneth Joseph Walker, 95, passed away at home on Thursday, April 23, 2020. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Elizabeth, parents Constantine and Lillian Walker, brother Robert Walker and sister Mary Laverne Weekly.

Ken was born and raised in Louisville, KY. He served in the Navy during World War II on a Destroyer Escort. After the war, he attended Indiana University, Bloomington, IN where he met his future wife, Elizabeth (Tibby) Biegel. They married in 1951 and had sixty-three happy years together. Ken worked for Graybar Electric Company in Hammond for thirty-five years.

He is survived by children Joan Walker, Peggy Amaral, Charles Walker and Carol Alvarez as well as ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Due to the coronavirus, a private Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church with private burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
