Kenneth James Gordon, age 84, of Michigan City, IN, passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at his home.

Kenneth was born on August 12, 1937 in Michigan City to Arnel J. and Katherine (Volk) Gordon who preceded him in death.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Wanda (Risner) Gordon; son, James M. Gordon; daughter, Julie Bellah; granddaughters, Ariel White, Alyssa Wandrey, Rachel Bellah, and Katie Bellah; grandsons, Christian and Cameron Gordon; great granddaughters, Ginger, Bria, and Maycie White and Paisley Wandrey; great grandsons, Thomas, Chance, and Chase White; sisters, Patricia (John) Kubik, Cecilia Granzo, and Lucy Bardon; and brother, Daniel (Joy) Gordon.

He was preceded, in death by his brother, Douglas Gordon; son-in-law, Steve (Julie) Bellah.

Kenneth proudly served in the U.S. Marines. He was a member of Queen of All Saints for 60 years, the Michigan City Fish and Game Club, a coach for the little leagues baseball, basketball, and football teams. Kenny was the best husband., father, grandfather, and babysitter. He was an avid fisherman who lived off cookies and peanut butter. He was famous for starting fires with his hands.

Friends are invited to meet with the family on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, from 1:00 pm until the time of service at 2:00 pm at Geisen-Carlisle Funeral Home, 613 Washington Street, Michigan City, IN 46360.
