Kelly Newsome Stoneman left a message on February 12, 2008:
Dear Kim and David, It is with great sadness that I heard about your fathers passing. I remember fondly that deep chuckle of Uncle "D" and his great sense of humor. I still mow my yard by his rule of never mow in the same direction twice or it will flatten your grass. He was always there for my family. He drove straight through to Florida so they could see my mother before her passing. I know that in his passing there is great sorrow and yet peace of the eternal life he now has. He may be gone from this earth but will live on in your hearts and memories. May you find comfort in those around you and peace from your faith in God. Our prayers and thoughts are with you both during this difficult time. Peace and Grace always. Love you, Terry, Kelly, Ashley and Jaynell Stoneman
