Joey, a blonde haired adorable child, is how I fondly remember my cousin. I wish I could have spent more time with him and all of you, his family, as adults. I know he loved you very much. May memories of him give you peace as you grieve your loss. Much love from me to you.

I am so sad to hear of Joey's passing. When he was a senior at North Knox, he was in my class of mostly freshmen Latin I students. He was such a great guy, friendly even to us lowly 9th graders. Reading the obituary makes me happy for him, to hear that he had a blessed life full of loving family and remarkable accomplishments. He was a good role model for us and we were better people for having crossed paths with him. You done good, Joey, bene factum.

I am Paul J. Hinton’s middle daughter, and Joey was my cousin. I remember climbing trees and making homemade ice cream at our Grandmother Mabel’s home in Beech Creek KY. I lived with Joey during our 3rd grade year of school. He was always kind & fun to be around. Uncle Chester was a loving man as well. May your family feel God’s presence during this time of deep sorrow & grief. His mercies are new every morning. From Pat Menser
