Jane B. Sherman (nee Laszlo), age 96, of Hebron, IN, passed away on Friday, August 18, 2023.

Jane is survived by her children: James Sherman, Dale Sherman; grandchildren: William, Missi, Becky, Michael, Jamie, Shannon, Hayley, Dale Jr., Colton; great-grandchildren: Brooklin, Skylar, Jack, Barick, 2 more great-grandbabies on the way; sister, Joanne; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Sherman; and siblings: Lucile, Dorothy, Ron.

Jane worked for more than 35 years as a Bank Teller at First National Bank. She was a devoted member of Hebron United Methodist Church. Jane loved to play pinochle, traveling, but most of all, spending time with her family.

In memory of Jane B. Sherman, Shari and Troy lit a candle

Aunt Jane, affectionately called “Babe” was the sweetest. Always positive with that cute little smile that said, “it’s okay.” She shared many stories of her and mom as children. I’m most thankful for the last visit we had when we prayed and she nodded in agreement to ask Jesus into her heart. She is now at rest in His arms. I love you, Babe.
