James A. Small, age 78, of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022.
James is survived by his wife, Cynthia Small (nee Kossak); children: James (Alice) Small, James (Colleen) Calabrese, Kimberly (Joseph) Kislowski; grandchildren: Kelly (Joe) and Joey Kislowski; brothers: Bernard (Linda) Small, Edward Small; and sister, Arlene (Howard) Swann.
James was preceded in death by his parents: Bernard and Pauline Small (nee Camerano).
James spent most of his career in sales positions at various intermodel freight companies. After working over 30 years for Alliance Shippers Inc., a global logistics and transportation service corporation, he retired as a Senior Vice President.
James enjoyed fishing, golfing, and cooking. He will be dearly missed.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre, 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN 46307 from 10:00 AM until the time of memorial service at 12:00 PM.
