Today I was saddened to learn of Harold's passing. Although I live in his neighborhood, I was clueless about his death and said to a California houseguest last weekend that I needed to catch up with him to find out why his home was on the market. When I sold my first Long Beach home back in 2016, he was among the first to inquire as to my plans. Please accept my sincere condolences. As a board member at VNANWI, I thank you for naming our organization as a recipient for memorial gifts in Harold's honor.

My Uncle Harold was one of my favorite Uncle's. We always celebrated my Mom's birthday at Tony's Place with deep dish pizza and with angel food cake and ice-cream at one of our houses in Valparaiso. This is a picture of the siblings in Arkansas. Uncle Al, my Mom, and Uncle Harold, H.L. as he prefers to be called. Rest in peace and enjoy Heaven with Him and those who were waiting for you, as you join the other Angels watching over our family. Cheers! Pam

Harold was a good friend of mine for over thirty years. Even after Diane and I moved to Arizona we kept in touch, especially when he had his second home here. After Diane passed, Harold and I would go to dinner or lunch occasionally and discuss life in general. Harold was a wonderful friend and I truly regret that I was unable to visit with him recently. Adios to you, my friend.
