Gary Milosh, age 66, of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Wednesday, July 14, 2021.

Gary is survived by his wife of 45 years, Marty; sons: Tony (Alejandra) and Tim (Erika); grandchildren: Jenna, Hayden, Sophia and Vivian; brother, John; and sister, Melanie (Ron); and many nieces and nephews.

Gary was preceded in death by his father, Casimir Milosh Jr.; mother, Arlene (James) Heskett; and brother, Mark.

Gary worked for U.S. Steel as a heavy equipment mechanic and a foreman. He was also a field service technician, working at Patterson Dental Co. Gary loved fishing with his sons, cooking for his friends and family, and sharing corny jokes with his grandchildren.

Friends may visit with the family from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, July 23, 2021 at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre, 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN 46307.

We are sorry for your loss. Gary and I were friends when we were in summer school together, during Junior high. He lived near Hermits Lake. One afternoon we went into a swamp near hermits lake and caught about 40 frogs. We took them to his house and put them in a wading pool in his basement. His mother have a conniption fit when she saw it. He was a really nice guy.

Marty, So sorry to hear about Gary .we have such wonderful memories . Are thoughts and prayers are with you and the boys.

We won the last game of Spades ♠️ together. And I going to miss those weekends!!! Was an honor Gary, thank you!!!

Marty, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember when Gary worked second shift at the mill and he would bring Pepe’s home for us. To this day Pepe’s is my favorite and I think about you both whenever I go there. Prayers and hugs for you and the boys.

So very saddened to hear of Gary‘s passing. My heart felt condolences to Marty and the entire family. A great man, a wonderful steadfast friend. I will miss talking to him and sharing many stories of our time working together. Type of man that would always be there to help and have you laughing out loud with his sharp, witty humor! As Gary would have said- Not Goodbye, just “Later Buddy!”

Hands down the best dental service technician around. A good friend and a great cook. I will continue to use Gary's pulled pork recipe. Peace and love to Marty, Tony, Tim, and their families.
