FRANK WOLF, age 79 of Hebron, passed away on Monday, February 18, 2019.

He is survived by his five children: Frank Wolf, Christine (Matt) Boler, Thomas Wolf, Susan Wolf, Michael Wolf; six grandchildren: Megan & Alex Wolf, Domenic, Gina, & John Boler, Emily Wolf; two brothers: Joseph Wolf and Anton Wolf; and his many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents Franz & Regina Wolf and his sister Maria Wolf.

Mr. Wolf was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and a former member of St. Mary Catholic Church. He was also a former member of the K of C. Frank was a retired commercial union painter from Local #460 with over 40 years of dedicated service. Frank was a very hard-working man whom also raised livestock on his farm to provide a stable and self-sufficient environment.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. DIRECTLY from St. Mary Catholic Church (321 E. Joliet St., Crown Point) with Rev. Pat Kalich officiating.

Dear Tom, Frank, Chris, Susie & Mike, I am so very sorry. What a wonderful strong family man to have as your Dad. I really enjoyed everytime I got to visit with him on the farm in his kitchen. He will be remembered as a stoic, delightful man.

My sincerest condolences and prayers are with you all.

Dear Wolf Family. We are very sorry for the loss of your father and our friend Frank. Your Dad and Mom and us shared many happy memories together from our lives as close friends with all of our nine children in tow. Nights of pinochle, canasta and Tripoly on an antique Tripoly board. We fished together, snow mobiled together, danced together and shared hours of family togetherness since we became friends in high school. Traubenfest and New Years Eve parties in formal attire were so much fun. Your Dad and Unkie Dave shared pheasant hunting and tractor times. Our families have been woven together since 1961 and we will remember him always. You are in our prayers as you go through this sad time. We hope you also find good memories of your lives together, those always remain in our hearts. Love always, Auntie Joanie and Unkie Dave.

Conversation led to how she is your relative and to my sharing treasured memories of you as Porter Lakes students and our family friends. Hugs and kind thoughts to each of you.
