Emily Mosier, age 85, of Valparaiso, IN, passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021.

Emily is survived by her children: Anthony (Sherry) Mosier, Debbie (Terry) Bodenmiller, Claudia (Bill) Postma, Jan (Stewart) Peo; grandchildren, Scott, Jessica, Adam, Tammy, Terri, Tracey, Katherine, Karey and Mark; fifteen great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren; son-in-law Alan Hehr; and sister-in-law Mary Steininger.

Emily was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Mosier; parents: Edward and Mary Steininger; daughter Peggy Hehr; granddaughter, Erin Mosier; and brother, Edward Steininger Jr.

Emily was a bookkeeper at W.R. Grace for 25 years. She enjoyed gambling, cooking, and traveling in her spare time.

Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, February 18th, 2021, at Geisen Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 624 N. Main Street, Hebron, IN 46341 from 2:00pm to 7:00pm.  Funeral Services will be Private for the family with interment at Lake Township Cemetery in Lake Village, IN.

Due to Covid-19, restrictions in the Funeral Home include: social distancing at 6 feet, a maximum of 50 people at one time, and face masks will be required.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Emily’s name to Range Line Presbyterian Church, 18095 Clay Street, Hebron, IN, 46341.
