EDWARD J. SISKA, age 54 of Portage, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 27, 2019.
Survived by his wife of 29 years, Becky Siska (nee Smith); daughters, Rachel and Hannah Siska; sister, Christine Siska of Lake Stevens, WA; aunts; cousins; and an extended family including, a mother-in-law, two brothers-in-law, two sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
Preceded in death by mother, Bernadine J. Siska (nee Modjeski); father, Edward A. Siska; and brother, David F. Siska.
Ed graduated from George Rogers Clark High School in 1982 and earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in 1988. He was a machinist by trade and co-owned a machine shop (CER Metal Marking Corp.) in Highland, IN since 1999. He was an avid White Sox fan, enjoyed photography, attended many concerts with family and friends, and loved collecting comic books and going to comic conventions. Most importantly, Ed cherished his wife and daughters and will be missed by all who knew him.
