Edward G. Nordmann

EDWARD ED NORDMANN age 71 of Crown Point passed away Friday January 21 2011. He is survived by wife: Nancy (Scecina) of 24 years three stepchildren: Nancy (Tim) Powers of Ohio James (Charlotte) Rubush of Illinois Jerry (Trina) Rubush of Hobart grandchildren: Jennifer and Tiffany Rubush Shanna Kaitlyn and Elizabeth Powers Katherine Rubush and Shanell Marks brother: Gearhard Nordmann of Portage niece: Emily Nordmann nephew: Edward Antanitus. Ed was a graduate of LaSalle High School in Peru Illinois and a retired Electronics Electrician from the Process Control Department at National Steel with 40 years of service. Ed was a member of Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church and a member and past Grand Knight of Good Shepard Council Knights of Columbus. He was a 4th degree member of Abraham Lincoln Assembly. Ed was a member and past treasurer of Merrillville Kiwanis Breakfast Club and was active with SHARE Foundation. He was a Navy Veteran. Ed will be remembered as a kind and loving man who will be dearly missed. Friends and Family may call Tuesday January 25 2011 from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service 6360 Broadway Merrillville with the Knights of Columbus Honor Guard at 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. and prayer service at 3:00 p.m. Funeral service will be Wednesday January 26 2011 at 9:30 from Pruzin Brothers Chapel and 10:00 from Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church 8303 Taft Street Merrillville with Rev.
