Dear Carolyn, Cheryl, Scott, Nancy and Mark: Helen and I are deeply saddened to hear of Denis' passing. It isn't possible for us to express in a few words what he meant to us and the impact he had on our lives. From that Sept., 1963 day when he said to me: Fill that bucket with water and start cleaning those shelves, our lives would be changed forever. Denis' kindness, loyalty, patience, good humor, passion for excellence, strong work ethic, confidence in others and his ability to get the best out of anyone he worked with were just a few of his great attributes. I truly loved Ribordy Drugs and will never forget how much Denis did for my professional and personal life. Sadly we didn't communicate lately, however, please know that Denis was in my thoughts and prayers very often. Our prayers are with you.

I'm deeply saddened by the news of the passing of Denis and would like to express our sympathy to Carolyn, Scott and family. I had the pleasure of working with Denis at Ribordy Drugs. His drive and compassion had a profoundly positive influence on my career and life. Yes...he was a driven business man, but he treated everyone with compassion and really did make each person that he connected with feel as if they were the most important person. I will never forget the day that I asked hime to leave work early to tell my wife in person that her blood tests were positive with our first child. Denis was amazed over the fact that he actually knew my wife was pregnant before she did. He was an amazing person and I will miss his spirit.

What a warrior...will miss the ever present smile and charm of Dennis at the soccer pitch on memorial day or anywhere your paths may cross...he always had a way of making one feel as though they were the big shot when everyone knew in their heart of hearts that they couldn't hold a candle to him...warm, gracious and always attentive he will be greatly Mark and I have said to each other over the years, even though you know the inevitable is coming, the reality and finality is always tough to handle. A huge void has been left behind and my thoughts are with all the Rib's today.
