David Graczyk, age 61, of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, surrounded by his family.

David is survived by his wife of 30 years, Ruthann Graczyk (nee Todhunter); children: Brandi (Zhenya) Bezvin, Greg Graczyk, Keith (Martha) Smith & Kristen (Matthew) Bernard; grandchildren: Jacob, Madelyn, Spencer, Gabrielle, Grayson & Brayden; parents: Ronald & Barbara Graczyk; brother, Richard (Kathy) Graczyk; sister, Rosemary (Larry) Miklusak; sister-in-law, Jill Golden; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

David was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Madison.

David was project manager at Midwest Store Fixtures for 19 years. He was a founding member of Chicagoland Area Van Enthusiasts (CAVE) where he served as Sergeant at Arms and Treasurer. He enjoyed bowling, riding his Harley, attending Nascar races, concerts, and truck-ins. David’s favorite holiday was the 4th of July. His firework displays always thrilled the neighborhood.

Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre, 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN 46307 from 2:00 pm until the time of Memorial Service at 4:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in David’s name to Unity Hospice or It’s a Pittie Rescue in Monee, IL.
