David is survived by his wife: Cary of 34 years; 3 children: Michael Lowell, Nicholas Lowell and Kristina Lowell; parents: Edward Lowell and Elizabeth Lowell; and brothers: Jim (Pam) Lowell and Darryl Lowell. He was preceded in death by his brother: Craig Lowell.
David loved to compete in speed skating and loved to be outdoors and roller-blading.
