We are really sorry to hear Cecil passed away. When we moved to California in 1982 Cecil and Dawn came to Escondido also, and we worked together at John Hancock selling insurance. I hadn't talked to Cecil for quite a few years, but my memories of him are his easy laugh and his zest for life. Again, we are sorry to hear Cecil passed away. Our prayers are with you. Sincerely, Pat and Marty Griffith

Cecil and I first met in grade school and him and I became best friends soon after.Growing up we only lived two blocks apart and it didn't take long for us to become like brothers. We did everything together. I knew everybody in his family very well and there is nothing that Cecil wouldn't do for his family or his freinds. Good bye brother, I will never forget you or the times we spent together. Rest in peace. Condolences to his family he was a great man and will missed. Walter

All our love and thoughts from the Connecticut branch of the Budde family. My earliest memories of Cecil were of this brave guy who always protected those around him. Even with all of his family, he always made me feel part of the family. Thank you Cecil!

Cecil, was one of my prayer partners, my friend, my beloved brother.....I will miss you dearly. He was a man that loved God with all his heart and lived it out. His faith never wavered not once. He always had a smile for everyone and a prayer in his heart for you. Growing up I remember what a little rascal he was, one of the funniest people I knew. I rejoice with you Cec bc we both know you are truly surrounded by God and all His Glory. Until we meet again...Love your big sis, Pam
