CAROLYN M. GARRISON (nee Wisner), age 65 of Valparaiso, IN, passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015 at the VNA Hospice Center after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her son, Christopher (Marsha) Garrison; father, Steve C. Fadell; two sisters: Sandra (late Kenneth) Himden, Barbara (David) Lisak; brother, Steven Fadell; sister-in-law, Michelle Cogley; her nieces, nephews and many great friends. Preceded in death by mother, Barbara Fadell; biological father, Joseph Wisner; brother, Joseph Wisner. Carolyn was the owner of Ingram Manor Mobile Home Park in Portage for over 30 years. She was a part-time resident and snow-birder to New Port Richey, FL where she loved to spend her winters. She enjoyed hosting events for family and entertaining her friends. Carolyn was a graduate of Lew Wallace High School, Class of 1967. Family and friends may call at Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service, 6360 Broadway on Friday, February 6, 2015 from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. DIRECTLY from SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 5885 Harrison, Merrillville. Family and friends may gather at the church one half-hour prior to the mass. Memorials are preferred to VNA Hospice, Valparaiso.
