I've been reminiscing about the good old days when Betty and Jerry were first married. I teased her mercilessly about being from Kentucky and she was always good-natured about it I probably would have smacked me after the 100th time. We sometimes played board games and I have a hunch she might have let me win a few times. Betty was always generous, always thoughtful, always genuine and sincere, and almost always cheerful -- with a laugh I can still hear. When someone leaves us, it brings sadness. But not everybody can leave us with such fondness for what they shared with us. My heartfelt condolences to the family. But she left us all with loving memories. Thank you, Betty.
