Bethsabe Arroyo Sifuentez, age 55, of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023.
Bethsabe is survived by her husband of 26 years, Michael Sterling; children: David Arroyo, Raven (Hevert Hernandez) Arroyo, Jashlyn Arroyo, Nathan Sterling, Seth Sterling, Jonah Sterling, Jericho Sterling, Aiden Garcia; 3 grandchildren: Emunah Hernandez, Bayla Hernandez, Shem Hernandez; parents: Gumaro and Maria Luisa Arroyo; brothers: Neftali (Anne) Arroyo, Misael (Lori) Arroyo, Josue (Maricela) Arroyo, Nathaniel (Marisol) Arroyo, Gumaro Esli (Bonnie Ray) Arroyo; sisters: Myrna Arroyo, Claudia (Nader Cheboub) Arroyo, Jacqueline Arroyo, Madeline (Cesar) Rojo, Jiddahlti (Luke) Smith; and her many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
Bethsabe is a retired Certified Nursing Assistant. She enjoyed taking care of others especially her family. Bethsabe was very family oriented and loved cooking and baking for her family and her beloved grandchildren. She also enjoyed taking care of her chickens.
Bethsabe was a member of Church of God Seventh Day (Iglesia de Dios Séptimo Día) in Cicero, IL. Even in sickness, she loved family time, and she loved God and His Commandments.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre, 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN 46307 from 9:00 AM until the time of Funeral Service at 12:30 PM.
Interment to follow at City of Crown Point Historic Maplewood Cemetery in Crown Point, IN.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Bethsabe’s name to her family.
