Alberto Antonio Lucente, age 90, of Steger, IL, passed away on April 10, 2020.

Alberto is survived by his wife: Maria Anna (Gazzillo) Lucente; daughter: Marcellina Lucente; son: Robert (Cyndy) Lucente; 6 grandchildren: Darlene (Jody) Huff, Rachel (Michael) Faranda, Kevin (Brittany) Muncy, Brandi Winemiller, Ashley (Justin) Young and Marla (Michael) O’Quin; and 16 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents: Luigi Cosimo Lucente and Marietta DiCioccio; and 2 brothers: Cosimo Lucente and Salvatore Lucente.

Alberto was a member of St. Liborius Catholic Church in Steger, IL, Amaseno Lodge in Chicago Heights, IL and was a Layout/Welder with over 35 years of service. Alberto absolutely loved his family, friends, singing, gardening, any custom-made projects, baseball, soccer, slot-machines, and making different Italian dishes for everyone to enjoy.
