My favorite memory of my grandpa is when he came out to Utah last year and was able to have breakfast with my husband and me. It was the first time he was able to meet my husband in person as we got engaged and married during the height of COVID19. I loved getting to know him and hear the stories and life experiences he was able to share with us. He was there for all of my big milestone accomplishments (baptism, high school graduation, starting college, and getting married) and I am sad that he will not be around for anymore, but I am glad that he is able to be pain free and spend time with those that have passed before him.

I have come back to this page several times. ?? Judy, Our Dad marveled over your quilt making skills. When I called on occasion that you happen to be working on the quilt you re-constructed for me, he would tell me how impressed he was! I’m thankful to have this memory I can touch. John, Our Dad was proud of you. He often commented on your work ethic - rain or shine, you put your best foot forward every day! Uncle Larry, I hate that you have lost your Brother! Especially with the grief of your Dad (GPa Hittle) not too far in the rear view mirror. Being at your homestead was so wonderful. My favorite photo was a candid shot of you and our Dad shootin’ the breeze. I’ll always remember you two that way. ? ☺️? Love that you & Lynette took time for Breakfast Mondays with our Dad; I’m so glad you all had that time together, and all the time in between!! Thank you for taking care of your “BIG BROTHER”. We love you so much!!! We will be with you in spirit Saturday. All Our Love Always, Michelle (Barbie, Alan Jr., Heidi, & William)
